Cost Free: The last day to register for the event will be Friday, August 30, 2024. Please register early!
Registration Includes: A table will be provided, 2 chairs, lunch and refreshments for 2 representatives. (Please bring a table cloth).

How to Register: in order to tentatively reserve your table, please complete the registration form (see below) and submit by e-mail to: crivera@vipservices.org, Forms may also be mailed to: VIP Community Services, 770 East 176th Street, 5th Floor- Bronx, New York 10460. Please take note: we are no longer at 1910 Arthur Avenue. Once your Application Form is received, your registration and reserved table at the event will be confirmed.
