| Conducted by experienced SCORE mentors and guest speakers, this engaging virtual series is for owners of established businesses at all stages of development. You will be placed in a group according to your revenue range and scope of growth. You’ll meet every 2-3 weeks with agendas determined by your group that can include: short-term goals, strategic directions, leadership issues, options for scaling growth, cash flow and other topics based on your group’s needs. chosen by the group. You and your peers will schedule anywhere from 8 to 13 meetings depending on your goals and by developments that may arise over the course of the sessions. Gain new perspectives and honest feedback from a trusted group of small business owners. The Roundtable is a unique service where every participant learns from one another. It’s proven to be the most effective way to help small businesses grow using the peer to peer model. |
