His background spans 18+ years in global organizations including PepsiCo, Abbott, Kelly Services, and Molten UK Consulting, where he worked across commercial strategy, marketplace development, and workforce architecture.More recently, Gio led eCommerce capability initiatives at one of Europe’s largest marketplaces, helping scale marketplace ecosystems and entrepreneur enablement systems.He holds a Master in Economics, International Trade – from the University of Lodz, Poland, and is a Hogan Certified Coach.
