Teacher assistant

We are looking for a motivated professional that is passionate about early childhood education. Current openings: Assistant / Floater Teacher in our infant, toddler and preschool classrooms. In this position, you will assist the primary classroom teacher with activities and learning exercises and help them maintain a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Responsibilities

• Assist primary teacher with activities and instruction
• Maintain records of student health and sleep checks
• Help keep learning areas tidy and safe
• Provide a welcoming, inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
• Diaper changing

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in a licensed educational environment
• A passion for early childhood education and helping children grow in positive ways
• Excellent communication skills
• Early Childhood Credits is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,200.00 – $35,000.00 per year

• 4 hour shift

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
