Program Director

This is a great opportunity for an individual with clinical experience and a creative, entrepreneurial mindset to grow a successful program that currently has a small number of clients

Responsibilites

Clincal

Collaborate with the program’s Medical Director to ensure compliance

Provide individual and group counseling for clients

Facilitate a multi-disciplinary team approach, ensuring integration of agency-wide programs and goals

Managment/Administration

Supervise and oversee administrative, linical compliance, quality assurance ,monitor program compliance, record-keeping, and documentation

Hire, train, and supervise staff

Develop program budgets

Ensure reconciliation of all billing

Outreach

Perform other job-related duties as assigned as needed

Qualifications & Exprience

Minimum of 3 years of experience with clinical substance use disorder treatment

Master’s degree in social work or a counseling related profession is preferred

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in an OASAS-licensed clinic

Experience with program development, growth, implementation, and project management strongly desired.

Understanding & Motivated to develop and implement a networking and outreach plan that results in increased client enrollment and program growth

Proficient in using technology

Proficient in using technology

Commucation Skill

Bilingual in Spainsh
