Bronx Community College offers more than 40 academic programs designed to prepare students to continue their education at four-year institutions or begin their careers. •    Serve as a liaison to the college community for the Office of Human Resources by addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues related to recruitment activities, CunyFirst, compensation, and job classification
•    Ensure and maintain data integrity within the campus HRIS (CunyFirst); oversee all HCM-related processes and conduct regular wage and job data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
•    Supervise the administration of employee onboarding and orientation programs
•    Assess, process, and track employee promotions and title or level changes, as necessary
