We are looking for Summer Interns for one of our NYC Property Management Offices.  The role would be Monday to Thursday – 20 hours per week.

The Role:
The Property Management Intern will help provide administrative support and assistance to the Property Manager and Administrative Assistant for this part of our NYC portfolio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Management Team with filing and scanning projects related to tenant files
  • Office work to include: copying, scanning, shredding
  • Light lifting of boxes (20lbs)
  • Light filing
  • Assist with mass mailings
  • Other duties as determined by management

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (including Outlook and Adobe)
  • Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Professional demeanor and being an enthusiastic team player
