Compensation: $20-21 / hour + Tips + Bonus Eligible
Hours: 22-29 hours / week through 9.3.24, then 30-40 / week effective 9.4.24

Job Summary

The Community & Collabs Coordinator at The Lit. Bar will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact through events, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine love for storytelling and community building. A prominent presence on the sales floor and engagement with our guests are essential, along with dedicating office hours to administrative tasks.
