Description

Position Summary: Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, checking in guest quickly and efficiently, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Hotel clerks manage reservations, check guests into their rooms, arrange payment, and respond to customer problems or complaints. They must maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and assisting with administrative tasks. Applicants must have a neat and professional appearance, computer proficiency, proper communication skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary: $15-17.00/hr
