Job Developer — YouthBuild
Full-time
New Settlement Apartments
New Settlement stands with community members in the Bronx to break systemic barriers, advance racial justice, promote civic leadership and strengthen neighborhoods. We believe in an equitable society where everyone has access to quality housing, healthcare and education, as well as the power to use their voice to address systemic issues and create further change. Our organization began in 1989 when the Settlement Housing Fund transformed the Mount Eden area of the Bronx from an abandoned, dangerous neighborhood into a thriving, mixed-income, affordable community. Since its inception, New Settlement has been a responsive partner, bringing hope and livelihood to the area by connecting residents with one another and building a sense of community. Over the years we have evolved into a multi-generational, forward-looking organization that supports all members of the community by providing programs in education, college access, youth development, arts, workforce development, wellness and more.
